National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) is a Mini Ratna having Hq. at Noida (Uttar Pradesh) and premier profit-making, Central Public Sector Undertaking engaged in manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers and other agricultural inputs is looking for qualified, bright, young, energetic, dynamic and result oriented Professionals as Management Trainee (Technical) in the disciplines of Marketing, Finance & Accounts and Law for its various Units / Offices in this MT recruitment no. 02/2023 after 3 years.

NFL Management Trainee Recruitment 2023 Vacancies

• Management Trainee (Marketing): 60 vacancies (UR-25, EWS-6, OBC-13, SC-10, ST-6)
• Management Trainee (Finance & Accounts): 10 vacancies (UR-6, EWS-1, OBC-2, SC-1)
• Management Trainee (Law): 04 vacancies (UR-3, OBC-1)

Age (As on 01/12/2023): 18-27 years 

Stipend and Pay Scale

The selected candidates, who shall
undergo minimum one year training at our various Units/Offices, will be placed in the pay scale of ₹40000-3%-140000 at the Basic Pay of ₹40000 during one year training period. On successful completion of training
period and on clearance of minimum standards, such candidates will be considered for regularization as
Officers in the pay scale of ₹40000- 3% – 140000 at a basic pay of ₹41200/-.
 

Application Fee  

An application fee of ₹700/- to be paid through online mode only internet banking account or
Credit/ Debit card.
However, SC/ ST/ ExSM, PwBD, and Departmental candidates are not required to pay the Application Fee.
